Concarneau is a commune in France that is part of the department of Brittany. It has two different areas: the modern town, and the Ville Close. There is a festival that is held every August called Fete des Filets Bleus, which is named after the blue nets used for fishing, and it is part of Breton and pan-Celtic culture.
