While Abercrombie & Kent are a great company there were some concerns with this particular trip. First we didn't receive the Pyramid view promised and had to battle with the hotel to resolve the issue which took 2 full days to finally get the room promised. A&K Management should have done much more to assist us. Other tour groups were sent to the Four Seasons for both parts of the trip because the Mena House was full. The tour was also poorly organized at times and communications about changes should have been better provided. Water was scarce on the bus and at over 100 degrees more was needed. Lastly, the Tour Director and others were always trying to sell you something. This isn't the type of experience we expected for such a company. We will definitely think twice about A&K next time.
